SONY turned to PMD to develop a suite of teaser videos to supercharge the launch Sound Forge for the Mac OS. The legendary audio editing software had previously only been available for Windows OS. The Sound Forge brand look was intense and full of attitude and it ignited several weeks of anticipation in the audio production industry prior to the product’s worldwide release.
The international launch of SONY’s new editing software engaged users from around the globe. Hundreds of international customers were invited to send in their favorite videos, created with SONY media production tools. PMD then curated the best-of-the-best into a SONY brand sizzle reel. The video was rolled-out at international tradeshows and then released via digital platforms.
PMD created a suite of product videos for use by the global brand SONY for use in on-line shopping, point-of-sale retail and social media promotions. Targeted at the consumer looking to make pro-quality personal videos to share via social media, these videos were easily adapted to a range of languages for use in international markets.
